Cameron Stout at The New Hope Trust

Cameron Stout of Big Brother fame, gave an entertaining talk on Saturday to help raise funds for the The New Hope Trust's Christmas Parcel Appeal.

He spoke frankly about his time in the Big Brother House and how he still keeps in touch with those involved in the show.  After watching a short film showing his 'best bits' from the House, Cameron had the Peterhead audience laughing and interested with tales of his new showbiz career, and of course, the importance of his Christian faith.

Cameron is currently involved in filming for the BBC and spends much of his time in Glasgow and London, although he tries to return home to Orkney as often as possible,

Cameron enjoys taking part in fundraising events supporting local charities. Wendy Smith of The New Hope Trust said "We're delighted that Cameron could be with us today. Ever since he took part in the Panto in Aberdeen we have been trying to match diaries, and we finally managed to book him. Over £700 was raised for The New Hope Trust's Parcel Appeal and we'd like to thank everyone involved in making today possible."
